Their love for our BBQ inspired us to take a leap of faith, and with the Good Lord's help, we transformed our passion into a thriving business.
We started small, with just a homemade smoker and a food trailer built by hand. Through hard work, countless sleepless nights, and a dedication to serving up the best BBQ around, we’ve grown into a full-fledged restaurant. We found this place on our way back up North to Illinois. Well worth the detour. Great food and service. Sides were homemade . I can’t believe this place has a 4.6 on google on Facebook it has a 5.0 if I could give more stars I would it is a 10 in our book. So when in Carthage Texas please look up this business . Help a small business out. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait until the next trip to Houston this will for sure be a stop we make.

We have eaten here twice now and each time everything has been super yummy and tender. My favorites are any of the ribs, pineapple sausage and boudin but everything we’ve had is really good. We can’t wait to try the catfish next.

Stopped here on a whim. We are camping at Martin Creek. Amazing brisket and ribs. They give huge amounts of meat per serving. Sides are great too. Nice people. A TON of local workers seem to eat here. Good place worth the stop.
